About Bara Délice

Bara Délice was created to bring the flavors we grew up with into a modern, convenient format without losing the quality, tradition, and character that make them special.

Our inspiration begins in Senegal, where West African food traditions meet generations of French and Francophone influence. From hand-rolled nems and fataya to dibi, crêpes, Café Touba, bissap, and more, our goal is to make these familiar flavors easier to enjoy at home and more accessible to a wider audience.

We believe Senegalese and Francophone foods deserve a place far beyond specialty markets and restaurants. That means premium ingredients, consistent recipes, thoughtful presentation, and products designed for today’s freezer, kitchen, and lifestyle.

Bara Délice is starting with a collection of frozen nems, but our vision is bigger. Over time, we plan to grow into a broader food and lifestyle brand with new products, café favorites, beverages, and eventually small-format cafés and coffee counters.
